Your students
We'll contact you to arrange new tutoring work, after which we'll link your tutor account to the relevant students.
Once we've linked your account to a student's account they will show in your students list (My account > Students). You won't be able to message a student or conduct lessons with them in your Tutor Room until they show in your students list.
Note: If you are due to teach an online lesson with a student but they do not appear in your student's list, please contact us to ask to be linked to the student.
Messaging
Once your account is linked to a student's you can exchange messages with them or their school (My account > Students > Options cog > Send message OR Message school). You can also exchange files by adding them as attachments. Messages you send to students can be viewed by their school, but messages you send to a school cannot be viewed by students. When you receive a new message you'll receive an email notification. You can view your existing message threads anytime (My account > Messages).
